Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Edit by Code website and API services operated by us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our API, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Edit by Code and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you generate using our API, subject to these Terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Edit by Code, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
