Our Policy on Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital products and the immediate costs incurred for server resources and GPU usage upon generation, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments or credit purchases once they have been processed.

We encourage you to take full advantage of our Free Tier to extensively test our API, explore its capabilities, and ensure it meets your specific requirements before upgrading to a paid plan.

Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances can happen. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons:

  • Technical Errors: If a technical error on our end resulted in a duplicate charge or prevented you from using the service entirely for a significant period.
  • Billing Mistakes: If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing system error.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Unused credits or subscription time.
  • Dissatisfaction with the creative output of the AI models (as AI generation is inherently experimental).
